Dear Michael As promised I am sending some photos of our very popular beach playhouse which was a raffle prize at our Calgary Horticultural Society's Garden Show. The children at the show loved to play with the ship's wheel and at times we wondered if it would survive. The house was built by a volunteer and painted by another volunteer - me! It was quite the project. I thought your items made this a very special place for the little ones. We are taking it to the winner's home next week and putting it up. Hey Patrick - The new harpoon arrived safe and sound yesterday - and is being hung on the wall as I write this! My husband is thrilled with this decoration, as well as the Crows Nest Rope Rigging Ladder. In fact he is collecting and assembling items to make a crow's nest to add to the top of the rigging ladder before he hangs it. (Projects like this get him through the winter!!) The original harpoon was taken to FedEx yesterday to return to you - using the packaging the replacement came in and the return label you included.

I wanted to let you know the telescope arrived at my home today- actually pretty good service considering the journey it has taken. It's a nice item and in perfect condition. Incidentally, the USPS is the only way to go. The mailman delivered to my door, I signed a receiving slip and there were no additional taxes, duties or brokerage charges - wonderful. "Out of country shopping" can sometimes cause a little uncertainty, and by the way, Michael deserves the 'atta boy' since he was prompt and informative. | I just wanted to quickly thank you for all the help getting the spyglasses out in such good order for Xan's wedding. He was absolutely thrilled that I had ordered him one as well. I must apologize for panicking about not having them in my hand when I arrived. I did see where they were received at the resort, and they were telling me they didn't have anyone by that name (receiver/signer). Anyway, it was all their fault and I did get all of them finally delivered to my room. You were absolutely the biggest help of any of the vendors with whom I worked. Thank you SO much for everything!
